ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
TERA+
TERA+ assesses and improves the complete invisible environment of the places people inhabit. Every space is shaped by forces you cannot see: artificial electromagnetic emissions from wiring, devices, and wireless infrastructure, and natural geophysical influences from the earth itself. These conditions affect sleep, children’s development, immune function, and the lived experience of a space.
Co-founded by Richard Gazzo and Dr. Alberto Garoli, TERA+ is built around a core environmental assessment that integrates both the artificial and natural dimensions into a single diagnostic, with health-grounded interpretation and practical solutions. Modular extensions take the work deeper: from remediation and verified improvement, through to full geosophical mapping of a site’s energy lines and vibrational character, and pre-development guidance for architectural projects.
TERA+ serves homeowners, hotels, retreat centres, architects, and developers. Its methodology is protocol-based and designed to scale.
DEEP PRACTICE
Geosophical Society
The Geosophical Society is where Geosophia meets the land directly.
Through deep energetic assessment, communication with subtle forces, and hands-on harmonisation, the Society engages with places at a level that goes beyond what environmental measurement alone can reach.
Its work takes two forms:
Energetic restoration addresses places carrying disturbance, unresolved history, or presences that affect the people living there. This includes entity work, local shadow work, energetic clearing, and the re-establishment of a conscious relationship between a site and its custodian.
Sacred design supports the creation of ceremony spaces, temples, and places of intentional practice, working with the land's deeper architecture to ensure the space emerges in true alignment with the site's nature and purpose.
Both draw on the same practice, the same principles, and the same direct sensitivity. This work is led personally by Rishaar and is available worldwide by consultation.
RESEARCH AND EDUCATION
The Earth Resonance Institute
An interdisciplinary research and education institute, currently in development. ERI brings together specialists across geobiology, geophysics, consciousness studies, and ancestral wisdom to build the coherent, evidence-graded foundation that this field needs.
The Institute synthesises knowledge from across scientific and alternative domains, amplifies the work of serious researchers whose contributions deserve a wider platform, and translates complex findings into forms that are genuinely accessible without losing their depth. Over time, ERI will also steward the standards and governance frameworks behind TERA+’s certification pathway.
Its public platform will host explanation videos, long-form conversations, written primers, and structured learning pathways for the growing audience that takes these questions seriously.
